SILOG MEALS
Silog is a class of Filipino breakfast dishes containing garlic fried rice "sinangag" and fried egg. They are served with various viands or "ulam" such as tapa, longganisa, tocino, chicken, liempo, bagnet, bacon, corned beef and bangus milk fish.
